Hi I'm Allan Luchenitser. This is my software development portfolio. I really am this savage which is why I only work remotely from musky crypts.

Software development as a craft is interesting and fun, but I'm also happy to burn a million tokens. Who cares? There's an art to communicating with machine intelligence, too. It's also a craft.

To be clear, I'm a traditional software developer who is on board with every flavor of AI incorporation, be it general code-assist all the way to full agentic flows.

I think the correct technical approach to AI "engineering" is to properly intuit how perfect and how mysterious something can or should be. Once that's understood, we're back to speed vs. cost which is nothing new in software.
